This Privacy Policy explains how NOVA Works ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects data in connection with NOVA Works Content Tools (the "App"), our internal application that uses the Pinterest API.
1. Use of the Pinterest API
The App uses the Pinterest API only to manage the Pinterest business account owned by NOVA Works. This policy is published at https://novaworks.cc/privacy. The App is operated only by NOVA Works and is not offered to other users.
2. What the App does
Pin creation and publishing: the App creates and publishes Pins featuring our own original digital products on our own Pinterest account and boards.
Performance and analytics: the App retrieves performance and analytics data (for example impressions, saves, Pin clicks, and outbound clicks) for Pins published by our own account.
3. Data we access
Basic information about our own Pinterest business account (account name and ID).
Our own boards and Pins (IDs, titles, descriptions, links).
Aggregated analytics for our own Pins.
The App does not access, collect, or store personal data of other Pinterest users, and does not read other users' boards, Pins, followers, or messages.
4. How we use the data
To publish Pins about our products on our own account.
To measure how our Pins perform and improve our content and products.
To keep internal records of what we published and when.
5. No sale or sharing of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade any data obtained through the Pinterest API. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose, and we do not use it to build profiles of Pinterest users.
6. Data storage and security
Data is stored in our private, access-restricted automation system and is never made public. Pinterest access credentials are stored encrypted and are used only by the App.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep Pin records and analytics only for as long as they are needed for the purposes above.
When data is no longer needed, or when we disconnect the App from Pinterest, we delete the related data from our systems.
Access to the App can be revoked at any time from the Pinterest account settings; after revocation the App can no longer access any Pinterest data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
